University of Ibadan Shuts Out Students, Order Them to Vacate Campus Immediately

Current update reaching us as the management of the University of Ibadan, UI, on Monday shut the institution and directed the students to vacate the campus on or before  6pm, Vanguard reports.
According to report gathered the students had earlier taken to the streets of Ibadan in protest, alleging insensitivity  on the part of the  university management.

Fed Poly Ado Graduates 11,558 Students With 194 Distinctions

News as the Federal Polytechnic Ado-ekiti will at its 16 convocation ceremony graduate a total of 11,558 full-time and part-time students for the 2010/2011, 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 academic sessions.

It was learnt that 3,855 graduated with Higher National Diploma (HND) while 7,882 bagged the National Diploma (ND).

Eighty-seven HND graduands made Distinction; 1,277 had Upper Credit; 2,038, Lower Credit; while 453 made pass in the three sessions.
