The University of Port-Harcourt has won the 24th Nuga game that started
on the 11th of February bagging a total of 63 gold medals.
The event which hosted over 7000 athletes from 60 universities, took
part in different sport activities ended yesterday 22nd February.

OAU Postpones NUGA, Resumes 5th January, 2014
According to the senate meeting held today, 23rd December, 2013, it was
agreed upon that NUGA games be postponed till after the end of the Rain
Semester examinations.
To this effect, the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), now resumes on 5th January, 2014 and academic activities commence on 6th January, 2014.
