Update as FUPRE 2017/2018 Academic Calendar is Out

The management of Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE) has published the Academic Calendar for 2017/2018 academic session.

The complete details of the calendar are stated below;

FUPRE 2017 Post-UTME: Cut-Off Mark, Screening And Registration Update

This is to inform the general public and all candidates who chose the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun as their first choice and scored 180 and above in the 2017 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Examination (UTME) are invited to FUPRE Post-UTME Admission Screening Exercise scheduled for WEDNESDAY, 20TH SEPTEMBER, 2017 at 8.00am prompt.

Candidates who have five (5) credits at one or two sittings (including English Language and Mathematics) or, are awaiting results are eligible to apply.
The Screening Exercise will be conducted by FUPRE Consult Ltd.

FUPRE Foundation 2017/2018 (JUPEB) Admission Update

The management of Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun has announced admission into its Foundation (JUPEB)programme for the 2017/2018 academic session.

The programme leads to the award of Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) Certificate which shall enable candidates to gain Direct Entry admission into 200 level of the disciplines offered by FUPRE and other Universities in Nigeria and abroad. 

The Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) certificate is equivalent to the Advance Level General Certificate of Education (GCE), Higher School Certificate (HSC) or Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB). 

Candidates who successfully complete the programme shall also enjoy the privilege of being admitted into JUPEB affiliated institutions such as UNIBEN, OAU, UNILAG, UNN, UNIUYO, FUTA, FUNAAB, etc.

The duration of the programme is one academic session of two (2) semesters. It is

Latest news as the management of Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE) has announced admission into its Pre-degree programme for the 2017/2018 academic session.

The aim of the programme is to:

1. Improve prospective students' performance in the WASC/NECO/GCE and equivalent examinations in order to enhance and to meet the admission requirements in Science and Engineering programmes.
2. Prepare candidates adequately for UTME examination in order to enhance their admission chances to these programmes.
3. Improve the quality of candidates seeking admission to 100 level of FUPRE programmes and of other Universities.

PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION

The programme is an intensive nine (9) months teaching and coaching lessons in the

2016/2017 FUPRE Basic (Pre-degree) Programme Admission

This is to disclose to the general public that the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun invites application from suitably qualified candidates into its Basic Studies (pre-degree) programme in September 2016 for prospective candidates for science and engineering disciplines. The aim of the programme is to:

1. Improve prospective students’ performance in the WASC/NECO/GCE and equivalent examinations in order to enhance and meet the admission requirements in Science and Engineering programmes.

2. Prepare candidates adequately for the UTME and

2016/2017 FUPRE Foundation Programme Admission Update

This is to inform the general public that the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, Delta State invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Foundation Studies, Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun for the 2016/2017 academic session. The duration of the programme is one academic session of two (2) semesters.

2014/2014 FUPRE School Fees Update.

The students of the Federal University that the management of the institution has released the 2014/2015 Fee charges.

Students Accommodation
N30,000 (Thirty Thousand Naira) only for accommodation per student for 2014/2015 session. Please note that this is optional for which a separate receipt should be issued to any paying student.
