The current news from this platform reviews that the Federal University Wukari has officially offered provisional Admission into its various Degree Programmes for the 2015/2016 Academic Session.

2015/2016 FUWUKARI Amended Academic Calendar

We thrill to inform all members of the University community that the 2015/2016 academic calendar has been released.

According to the calendar, 100 level students will resume on Sunday 1st November, 2015 for commencement of first semester while returning students (200, 300 and 400 level) students arrive on campus on Sunday 8th November, 2015.

Lectures for 100 level students will commence on Monday 16th November, 2015, two weeks after screening and registration. In the same manner, returning students commence lectures on Monday 23rd November, 2015. Meanwhile orientation and matriculation of new students come-up from Monday 7th to Thursday 10th December, 2015.

Amendment of FUWukari 2014/2015 1st Semester Examination Time table Update.

We are to inform all Genuine Students of Federal University Wukari as well as the general public that the Examination for 2014/2015 Academic session has been re-scheduled as follows:

Please be informed that;
Revisions Commence on 16th February, 2015 to 20th February, 2015

Fresh Students (100 level) examination commence on 23rd February, 2015 while Returning Students commence on 2nd March, 2015.

FUWukari Resumption Date 2014/2015 Announced

NIGERIAN EDUCATION UPDATES notify all Staff and Students of Federal University Wukari as well as the general public that the 2014/2015 academic session has been scheduled as follows:

1.New Students:
Resumption - Sunday 19th October, 2014

Screening/Registration- Monday 20th - Friday 31st October, 2014

Late Registration - Monday 3rd – Friday 21st November, 2014

2. Returning Students (200 & 300 levels):
Resumption - Sunday 2nd November, 2014

Registration - Monday 3rd - Friday 14th November, 2014

FUWUKARI: Temporarily Shut Down

The Federal University Wukari, Taraba State as report has it has been temporarily closed down. This was as a result of the fracas in the area which led to the death of no fewer than 22 persons in the area.

Meanwhile a 24-hour curfew has been imposed in the town by the state government.
