This is to notify the general public that the management of Nasarawa State University (NSUK) has released the adjusted 2015/2016 academic calendar following the suspension of the strike embarked on by ASUU chapter of the institution.

Resumption Date Annoce as NSUK ASUU Calls Off Its Over 3 Months Strike

 

The fresh update on our news desk has it that the Over 3 months strike embarked upon by the Nasarwa State University (NSUK) chapter of the Academic Staff Union of Universities has been called off.

Consequently, academic activities will resume June 6th, 2016.

Students are advised to resume accordingly as lectures will commence immediately. 

NSUK ASUU Embarks On An Indefinite Strike

We the Nigerianedu.com is to inform all that the Academic Staff Union of Universities, Nasarawa State University Chapter according to reports has embarked on an indefinite strike following non-payment of allowances by the management.

Report reveal that the chairman of ASUU NSUK Chapter, Dr. Theophilus Daniel-Lagi in a statement directed members to boycott academic duties until they are told otherwise and added that the strike was total, comprehensive and indefinite.

Eligibility
You are to know that only candidates who possess the Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) and five credit passes at O’Level or TC II including English and Mathematics are eligible.
