Fed Poly Mubi 2017/2018 HND, Pre-ND And Certificate Courses Admission Update

Current news reveals that the Federal Polytechnic, Mubi has announced the sales of admission forms into the various Higher National Diploma, National Diplomas, Advance Diploma, Diploma, Certificates, Pre-ND and Special Admissions for the 2017/2018 academic session.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT FOR HND PROGRAMMES
-A National Diploma (ND) obtained at a minimum of Lower credit pass in a relevant discipline from a National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) Accredited Programme;
-A minimum of one (1) year Post National Diploma (ND) cognate working experience in the field of specialization;
-Candidates must have met the National Diploma (ND) minimum entry requirements of four (4) relevant credit passes at SSCE/GCE ‘O’ Level, English Language and Mathematics, or Pre-HND qualification from recognized Institution.

Mubi Federal Poly Courses Get NBTE’s Accreditation

The National Board for Technical Education has accredited 12 new programmes for the Federal Polytechnic Mubi, Adamawa State.

The Rector of the polytechnic, Sadiq Yahya, said four Higher National Diploma and eight National Diploma courses in the school received the board’s nod.

He spoke in Kaduna on Monday while receiving the institution’s Governing Council members.

He stated that the school submitted 13 of its programmes to NBTE for accreditation but 12 sailed through the board’s quality assurance mechanism.

Yahya, who applauded the move, said steps were on to remedy the deficiency in the outstanding programme.

He also noted that the board had already given the polytechnic the approval to admit students to the programmes in the 2013/2014 academic session.
