We are to inform the general public and all prospective candidates that Kaduna State University will not admit candidates for the MBBS Programme for 2016/2917 academic session.

Candidates who chose the MBBS programme of Kaduna State University for 2016/2017 academic session in 2916 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are advised to explore the window for change of course and institution through the joint Admissions and matriculation Board (JAMB) which is ongoing.

News As NANS Said KASU Conferment Of Doctorate Degree On President Buhari Is Illegal And Shameful

Current news review that the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), has described as honorary degree bestowed on president Muhammadu Buhari by Kaduna State University (KASU) as illegal and a show of shame and demand that the president honorably relinquish such fraudulent degree.

This came from the president of NANS, Comrade Tijani Usman.

According to him, such fraudulent act will likely make foreign Universities and corporate organizations to further undermine and disregard degrees obtained from Nigerian schools.

He further stated that Kaduna State University has not graduated any PhD student in the past ten years of its establishment and is not even among the 22 universities accredited by NUC to award honorary degree.

Poor Learning Conditions - KASU Medical Students Protest - See Photo

The KASU gist reaching us has it that Kaduna State University medical students yesterday protested at the state secretariat. They were later on addressed by some commissioners from the state government.

The reason for the protest is not far-fetched.The Kaduna State University Faculty of medicine started in 2009 after the advisory stage of accreditation was given to the school by MDCN (Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria) in 2008. It will amaze you to know after 6 years they are still at that stage.

KASU Notice on JAMB Admission Letter Irregularity

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board is requesting Kaduna State University to forward the list of students that have their JAMB ADMISSION LETTERS against other Institutions.

To this effect, affected students are to print and forward their JAMB admission letters to the Dept of Academic Planning ON or BEFORE FRIDAY, 7TH NOVEMBER, 2014.

The Management of Kaduna State University is glad to announce the release of it's Provisional Admission List for Undergraduates 2014/2015 academic session.

All students whose name is among those placed on the Notice Board are to start registration on the 15th of December 2014 with original copies of their certificates.
