and technology are on this note informed to come for clearance with the
originals and photocopies of the following documents;
1. O,level certificate(1 and 2) if any.
2. Birth certificate/oath of age declaration.
3. Affidavit of good conduct.
4. Affidavit of non-membership of cult.
5. Guarantor's letter. 6. Acceptance fee letter.
7. Jamb result slip.
8. Jamb provisional admission letter.
9. L.G.A Identification letter.
