How to reprint your NDA ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM and EXAM CARD
1. Visit the printing portal (Using a computer) by clicking here.2. On the page that loads, enter your "email address" and "Password" into the spaces provided and click "Login to Account".
3. You will be provided with the necessary documents you intend to re-print.
