The Federal University Of Agriculture, Makurdi (FUAM) have released her
revised academic calender for the continuation of the 2012/2013 session.
Included also is the calender for 2013/2014 session.
Recall that the university was part of the tertiary institutions in
Nigeria affected by the 6 months ASUU strike last year (2013). The
amended time table is as follows.
1. Sunday 5th January, 2014: Students return to campus.
2. Monday 6th January, 2014 – Friday 17th January, 2014: late registrations, to last for 2 weeks.
3. Friday 24th January, 2014: End of add/drop courses.
4. Monday 6th January, 2014 – Friday 28th March, 2014: Lectures.
5. Monday 31st March, 2014 – Friday 4th April, 2014: Revision.
6. Monday 7th April, 2014 – Friday 25th April, 2014: Examination.
7. Saturday 26th April, 2014 – Saturday 10th May, 2014: 2nd Semester Break.
