ACE-ONDO Begins Screening Exercise for Fresh Students 2013/2014

The long awaited screening exercise for the newly admitted students of ACE, Ondo will commence on Monday 27th January 2014. This information is rigidly backed up by a circular posted on the college site and signed by the College Registrar.

a) Payment of Acceptance Fee:
Each of the admitted candidate would pay a sum of N15,000 (fifteen thousand Naira). Only those who pay would be screened.

b) Direct Entry Students:
The admitted DE Candidates are to pay a sum of N5,000 (five thousand Naira) in lieu of PUME Screening, the receipt will be demanded for screening.

c) Payment for Change of Institution:
All candidates that are offered provisional admission through Change of Institution are to pay a sum of N15,000 (fifteen thousand Naira). The payment receipt should be shown for screening.

All the afore mentioned fees should be paid to Adeyemi College Account with First Bank Plc, Ondo.

However, additional information for the
screening programme as supported by the circular is as follows:

The Screening Exercise for the new students will commence on Monday 27th January 2014 and run through Friday 28th February 2014. All affected students are
expected to log on to the College site http://www.aceondo-ng.com/ and complete the personal bio-data and certificate forms.

All affected students are expected to note the following:

(i) correct information should be provided in all situations while completing the personal bio-data and certificate forms;

(ii) O/L results with a minimum of 5 credits, at maximum of 2 sittings, are required for both NCE and Degree programmes. This should be filled into the certificate forms;

(iii) after completing the forms
appropriately, students should print the forms and take to the screening centre, in addition to other necessary documents;

(iv) after a successful screening, students would be given a screening certificate which should be properly kept and presented for other official purposes;

(v) students can visit the Internet and commence this procedure immediately.

It should also be noted that the on-going strike will by no means disrupt this exercise.
