Oko Poly Regular II form now on sale - How to purchase and process
The EVP form (now known as regular II) for the Federal Polytechnic Oko in Anambra state is now on sale.
The form is sold at #1750 at Oko Microfinance Bank close to the school.
The requirements include;
1. JAMB Result Slip. If you don't have this document, click here to obtain yours
2. O'level result
3. Passport Photographs
4. Post UTME result.
After you purchase the pin, visit the
registration portal by clicking here and selecting the program. You enter it online into the school's portal alongside other information.
You will be sent a document which you will print out, photocopy and send to the school's regular II admission office along with your JAMB, Post-UTME, and o'level result with a passport.
After which you will be issued a clarification notice in form of a piece of paper notifying your successful registration.
