DELSU Has Expels 86 Students And 13 Staff From The School

This is to inform you that the delta state university (DELSU) has released the list of expelled staff and students of the university.

About 86 students and 13 staff were affected.

They were expelled on the grounds of gross misconduct, cultism, examination malpractice.

Collection Of NYSC Exclusion Letter - DELSU To Graduates

We are to inform all concerned staff, students, and other members of the University community and especially students in the Continuing Education Programme (CEP), ISLT and the Weekend Degree programmes that the university management is in receipt of 4,815 exclusion letters from the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) Headquarters in Abuja.

It would be recalled that the university management had, through the university official bulletin S.E. VOL. XXIV NO. 42, Wednesday, June 7, 2015, informed our students the reasons for the delay in the issuance of the exclusion letters and pleaded with them to show understanding; while the issue is vigorously pursued by the University.

Read As DELSU Expels 21, Suspends 129

This is to inform all concerned that about 21 students of Delta State University, Abraka has been expelled while 129 others have been suspended for various examination malpractices in the last 2-8 semesters.

This was contained in the summary of the report of the disciplinary committee for second semester examination of regular programmes and first semester of weekend degree programmes, which was published in the institution’s bulletin.

We are to inform all fresh students and the entire University Community of Delta State University Abraka that the Matriculation Ceremony that will marks the formal admission of fresh students into the University for 2014/2015 Academic session holds on Saturday, February 21st, 2015.

Did You Know? DELSU Appoints New Vice Chancellor

Professor Victor F. Peretomode has been appointed the new Vice Chancellor of Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka.

His appointment took effect6 from December 1st, 2014.

The appointment was sequel to report submitted by the selection board for the appointment of Vice Chancellor for DELSU by the governor.

We the students of Delsu are begging the institution to please help us correct some of the errors on the school's official portal.

A student complained to have seen another student's passport on his profile after logging into his account.
