The matriculation ceremony for all registered fresh students is to be conducted on 10thJanuary, 2014.
To this end, all the fresh students are expected to go through the dummy
matriculation register which has been forwarded to their Faculties for a
careful perusal and confirmation of their bio-data.
It is to be noted that any request from fresh students concerning
amendment or correction of their bio-data after the matriculation
ceremony will not be countenanced.
The dummy lists which must have been duly endorsed by all fresh students
are to be returned to the Academic Support Services on or before
7thJanuary, 2014 for further urgent necessary action.
The above directive is expected to be treated as a matter of immediacy.
