The Commissioner for Education, Prof. Haruna Wakili, made the disclosure

He said the move was aimed at starting the school on a sound foundation,
with qualified lecturers in all the courses it would be running.
He added that 80 of the university staff were sponsored for PhD courses, while 160 of them were for masters programmes.
Wakili said the programme, which would be conducted in

he announced.
According to him, the collaboration will also include design, construction and staff exchange, among others.
